Safe Cycling!

OK guys—–last Wednesday night was a taste of reality and a wake up call for those of us that like to train but aren’t racers! Next Wednesday, (baring unfavorable weather), I’m going to be looking for guys that want to rotate in a single file line and at a safe pace! The good guys can go ahead and do their own thing as fast and as intense as they desire but I’ll just be training at a fun and safe level. Crit work is hard enough in the daylight with good visability. Who’s with me on this? Marcus, Dave, Sarge, Johny D, Steve Lee, anybody? I hope Steve B joins us soon! Speedy recovery Steve, Givo, and ?
Anyone wanna ride +/- 3pm 2day, Diablo Grande?
Is there a Wednesday night criterium tonight?
Up the Canyon at 0900, O2B
On the way back from AC today, I had the rare opportunity to actually see (TWO) Bald Eagles standing on a little knol next to a small run off creek. They were located on the south side of the Orvis Ranch. I did about four takes and couldn’t believe it. I think the snow storm must have brought them down from the high country. What a sight!!!
I hope it keeps raining.
a wet year has been but a dream.
maybe some rain gear. I could install some SpeedPlay cleats on my rubber boots.
Okay, for all of you on Direct TV here are a few cycling sites to get your tour of choice up dates. Some are free some are not.
