Date: Sunday “August” 17th. (My Bad)
Time: 07:00
Place: Carl’s Jr. Patterson, up Diablo Grande Parkway to the spot for a prayer then Del Puerto Canyon Road 2 plus miles pasted the junction.
Distance: 55 Miles One mile for each year of his life.
Pace: You set your own.
Support: Bring your own.
Water: at the Spring 18 miles in. Stop for water as needed.
Re-group at the park on the way down.

7am Merced Falls?
It was hard getting out of bed at 6, but it was worth it. Nice and cool weather; way better than yesteday! Thanks to Gerry, Sanford and Bruce for the great ride. Yes, Sanford was kind enough not to kill us……….I think we should give him some work to do. Maybe he’ll get tired.
Yes 108 deg. hot on the way up 99-100 0n the way down & Bruce was the strongest (he said he was not up to it)
Sanford wants to ride Friday! I’ll leave my house AT 06:00 and meet Sanford at 06:45 for a “round the lake” adventure! Paul—-Bruce—–anyone else who wants to join?
ps: Paul and Bruce killed me today on the Merced Falls—-Bear Valley and back ride. I feel like going at a COMFORTABLE PACE tomorrow!
